Laurie (physical therapist), focuses on anatomical alignment, healing, and cross training that includes developing functional strength and flexibility for muscle balance.
All levels are welcome, and prior yoga practice is not necessary, but the class is designed to fit into a cross-training program for athletes.

Betty has been teaching Hatha Yoga since 1984. She also combines acupressure, tai chi and bioenergetic exercises into her asanas (body positions). The class can actually serve an athlete as well as a beginner especially if there has been an injury.
Jackie Reeves will be teaching a Saturday morning yoga class from 9:30am until 11am. The class is suitable for all levels. Just bring yourself dressed in comfortable clothing and a big smile! Don’t worry if you are a beginner...there is never any pressure to do more than you are able in the moment...we stay very focused on present time awareness, breath, and alignment.
Jackie has been teaching yoga for over 30 years and knows that it is her “right lively-hood”....She continues to be a student of yoga, psychology, postural alignment and life...and thanks her teachers over the years for their influence and wisdom....
The cost is 10.00 per walk-in session or 80.00 for 10 sessions. *We recommend to call ahead for availability.*
