Dean Romine earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana. Prior to this, he completed his undergraduate studies at Montana State University with a BS in Health & Human Performance. His clinical experiences include working with patients and clients recovering from sports-related injuries, general orthopedic dysfunction, chronic pain conditions and post-surgical procedures.
Dean’s treatment approach is centered on the patients’ values and goals. Dean utilizes a combination of manual therapy skills, individualized therapeutic exercise prescription, and clinical reasoning to decrease pain, restore optimal function and help his patients meet their goals.
Having played a variety of sports in high school, college, and beyond, he is familiar with the recovery process from the patients’ point of view as well.
Outside of the clinic, Dean loves hiking, telemark skiing, playing ultimate, being outdoors and camping, and exploring Hood River and the surrounding areas with his wife, Laura, and their dog Zorro.
